Please appreciate the festival of light to the full extent at each venue spreading all over Nakanoshima
At Central Venue, symbol of Osaka Hikari-Renaissance, “Starlight City Square” on the wall of Osaka City Hall, “Nakanoshima Illumination Street” regular arcade of light, and the “Wall Tapestry” using Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library for the whole screen will welcome you. Also, illuminations using park scenery come out in “France de Lumière” on the street in front of Osaka City Central Public Hall and “East Venue” in Nakanoshima Park. We are anxiously awaiting your visit.

France de Lumière
Nakanoshima Street extending straight ahead with Osaka City Central Public Hall in the center is said to stand comparison with scenery of Paris, France, a leading city of light. This is an area aiming for exchange of light and culture with overseas venues.
East Venue
Rose Light Garden
A dream world is created with light staged in the renovated rose garden. An atmosphere of a fantasy area of light is given by gardening and light.
East Light Park
This area aims for exchange of people and cultures from various cities and areas in Japan.
Riverside
Waterfront in Light
This is an area to enjoy a cruise on a boat decorated with illuminations.
